Job Title: Customer Support, Social Media & Order Management Executive

Location: Tiruppur

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support

- Manage customer inquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and phone calls.
- Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product details, pricing, stock availability, and order status.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service.

Social Media Handling

- Manage daily activities on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
- Upload product photos, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Reply to comments and direct messages.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content posting and campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand presence across social media platforms.

Order Management & Dispatch

- Create and confirm customer orders.
- Coordinate with the production team for order processing.
- Prepare invoices and arrange dispatch of completed orders.
- Track courier/transport shipments and provide delivery updates.




- Maintain order records and dispatch reports.

Stock Management

- Maintain daily stock records using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Update inventory after every inward and outward movement.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the team about replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure stock accuracy.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and social media management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer support, social media handling, or order management is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,710.72 per month
