Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS & Business Automation Executive to automate business processes and reporting across HR, Sales, Operations, and MIS. The ideal candidate will develop dashboards, automate reports and workflows, and build KPI/KRA tracking systems to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Automate MIS reports and business workflows.
- Develop KPI/KRA dashboards and performance scorecards.
- Build interactive dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Automate checklists, approvals, reminders, and recurring reports.
- Integrate data from Bizom, ERP, CRM, HRMS, Google Forms, and Excel.
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities across departments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT,



Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Business Automation, or Business Intelligence.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/Macros).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Bizom, ERP, CRM, or HRMS platforms.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and business process improvement.
- Ability to convert manual processes into automated systems.
