Responsibilities & Duties

- Source and secure carriers to meet customer shipment needs
- Negotiate rates and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Manage and maintain carrier relationships
- Work with customers to understand their shipping needs and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry developments

- Ability to effectively manage multiple shipments and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of customs regulations and documentation requirements
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Robust negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
