We are hiring for Architect/ Interior Designer (Only from Commercial Interior Fit-out Background residing in Bengaluru).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage design projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet client Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage multiple commercial workplace/interior fit-out projects from concept through handover
- Coordinate with internal designers, Site engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct client presentations, design reviews, site coordination; oversee local authority liaison and regulatory compliance
- Continuously improve design processes, incorporating digital tools and emerging technologies; support business development proposals

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Desired Skills





Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.

Professional Architect License or Interior Designer Certification preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
