Open Positions 1. Animation Faculty

Role Overview:
Responsible for delivering high-quality training in 2D & 3D animation, focusing on storytelling, motion, and character development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach the 12 Principles of Animation and their practical applications
- Train students in character design, rigging, and animation techniques
- Provide hands-on training in software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Toon Boom
- Guide students through the complete production pipeline (storyboarding to rendering)
- Support students in portfolio and showreel development
- Stay updated with latest animation trends and tools

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of animation fundamentals (timing, spacing, weight, squash & stretch)
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and keyframe animation
- Knowledge of rendering and lighting techniques

Qualification:

- Degree/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, or related field

2. Graphics Faculty

Role Overview:
Deliver training in visual communication, branding, and digital/print design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Train students in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw)




- Guide students in creating brand identities, logos, and marketing materials
- Introduce basics of UI/UX design and digital media trends
- Mentor students in building robust design portfolios

Required Skills:

- Strong command over vector and raster design tools
- Understanding of branding, advertising, and digital content creation
- Creative thinking and visualization skills

Qualification:

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

3. Video Editing Faculty

Role Overview:
Train students in post-production, storytelling, and professional video editing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach video editing using industry-standard software
- Train students in color grading, sound design, and motion graphics (After Effects)
- Guide students in editing for different formats (social media, ads, films)
- Develop storytelling, pacing, and cinematic techniques
- Assist students in creating professional video portfolios

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of editing workflows and post-production
- Experience in handling high-volume footage and multi-format editing
- Understanding of motion graphics and visual effects basics

Qualification:

- Degree/Diploma in Film Making, Media, or related field

General Requirements (Applicable to All Roles):

- Prior teaching/training experience preferred (freshers with strong portfolios may apply)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Industry experience will be an added advantage
