Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Civil with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Mivan Aluminium Formwork (Shuttering) for luxury high-rise residential projects. The candidate should have solid technical knowledge of Mivan construction methodology, planning, execution, quality control, and coordination to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise Mivan shuttering activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Plan, monitor, and control daily construction activities to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure proper assembly, alignment, plumbing, and dismantling of Mivan formwork.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
- Prepare work schedules, manpower deployment plans, and material requirements.
- Monitor reinforcement, embedments, and shuttering readiness before concrete pouring.
- Ensure concrete works are executed as per approved quality standards and construction methodology.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain dimensional accuracy, verticality, and finishing quality.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize utilization of Mivan panels and accessories.
- Maintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), work records, and progress tracking.
- Identify construction challenges and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements,



and project specifications.
- Enforce site safety practices and ensure adherence to company HSE policies.
- Guide and supervise junior engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for efficient execution.

- Strong expertise in Mivan Aluminium Formwork Systems.
- Thorough understanding of RCC construction and high-rise building execution.
- Knowledge of cycle planning for Mivan construction.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Strong planning, coordination, and site management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management software.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in luxury high-rise residential projects is mandatory.
- Experience in Mivan shuttering execution is essential.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant construction experience.
- Proven experience in handling complete Mivan shuttering cycles.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under tight project schedules.

Salary

₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and competency)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
