Job Summary:
Mart Staff are responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the store. They play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and operate POS systems
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Assist in receiving and unloading stock deliveries
- Ensure all items are labeled correctly
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed
- Follow store policies and safety guidelines





Requirements:

- Minimum High School (10th/12th pass)
- Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic math and billing knowledge
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit (standing for long hours, lifting goods if required)
- Prior retail experience is a plus
