Business Development Trainee/ Executive/ Senior Executive-Business Development
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling IT services, software development, and related technology solutions.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and provide solutions to clients
- Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services and technology solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-7 years of experience in Business Development in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of sales success in selling IT services, software development, and related technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed and adaptable.
