Key Responsibilities

- Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain hospital servers, LAN/WAN data lines, hardware, and core clinical software.
- System Security & Compliance: Protect patient data by managing firewalls, data encryption, user access permissions, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Monitoring & Upgrades: Track network traffic, optimize server performance, and roll out routine software patches without disrupting patient care.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Run automated data backups and maintain emergency response protocols to guarantee zero downtime for life-support and emergency systems.
- Technical Support: Resolve hardware and software tickets raised by doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise networks, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Certifications: Valid credentials such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹44,827.51 per month
