Job Description:
As an Associate Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of the agency channel. Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting and developing a high-performing team of insurance agents, providing them with the necessary training and support to achieve their sales targets. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor new insurance agents to build a strong sales force.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance agent productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to improve agents’ skills and knowledge.
- Assess agents’ performance and provide feedback to support their professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Achieve sales targets by guiding agents in effective selling techniques.
