- Call job seekers and shortlist them to filter out the eligible job seekers to help them apply for a job.
- Forward shortlisted candidates to employers and guide them on how to crack the interview to get a job.
- Get them hired or understand the reasons for their rejection to learn from the experience so that you can do better shortlisting and facilitate to get more and more people into a job
Skills/Experience
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills
- Data entry skills
- Positive knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems
- Ability to switch communication styles
