A Nursing Incharge (or Charge Nurse/Nurse Manager) leads, coordinates, and supervises nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient unit operations. Key responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, implementing medical standards (NABH/policy), managing unit resources and equipment, and acting as a liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.

Core Roles and Responsibilities:

- Staff Leadership & Management: Scheduling staff shifts, conducting performance evaluations, providing training, and hiring new employees.
- Patient Care Supervision: Monitoring patient safety, ensuring quality standards are met, and resolving urgent patient or family concerns.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintaining patient documentation, managing unit inventory, and maintaining records.
- Clinical Coordination: Assigning patient loads to staff, overseeing admissions and discharges, and facilitating communication between doctors and nursing staff.




- Compliance & Safety: Implementing infection control practices and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and NABH standards.

Key Skills Required:

- Leadership & Communication: Strong decision-making skills under pressure and effective communication.
- Conflict Resolution: Addressing problems between staff or families.
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and resources efficiently.

Common Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSc/MSc).
- Current nursing license.
- Significant clinical experience (often 3+ years) with supervisory experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
