Job Description

To manage the maintenance of the school buildings and grounds, ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the schools' infrastructure

Managing all Facilities and Maintenance activities of the school.

Overseeing the daily administrative activities of the school.

Managing & supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, ground and security staff to get required tasks done on time and effectively

Ensuring safety of people and equipment through an integrated Safety Management & Preventive Maintenance approach which focuses on people, infrastructure, equipment, process, facilities and technology.

Conduct risk assessments periodically and enforce preventative measures.





Coordinate all transportation activities and vendors to ensure timely and secure transportation.

Assist with Asset Management and infrastructure work, as required

Liaison with government agencies and external stakeholders for various purposes as needed from time to time

Ensure that minor repairs of civil and electrical nature are carried out at the earliest.

Ensure that electricity and water supply lines, fittings such as tubes, bulbs, fans, switchboard, taps, etc. remain operational all the time.

Ensure that plumbing and electrical fittings and fixtures are maintained and in working condition.

Educational Qualification: Any graduate degree.

Experience: Min. 4 years
