Founder's Office Associate — Operations & AI

Coordination

Company: Etag Software Solutions Pvt Ltd

Location: Mysore (office-based, with regular local travel across the city)

Experience: Fresher to 1 year

Employment type: Full-time

Reports to: Founders

About the role

We're looking for a sharp, dependable, highly mobile Founder's Office Associate to be the

founders' right hand for getting things done on the ground and online. This is a hands-on

generalist role: one hour you might be coordinating with a vendor across town, the next you're

building a tracker in Google Sheets or using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to draft,

research, and organize.

It suits someone who is practical and energetic, likes variety, is comfortable talking to people

and vendors, and is genuinely curious about the latest AI and productivity tools. You don't need

to be a coder. You do need to be organised, quick to respond, and the kind of person who takes

a task and runs with it until it's done.

You'll get direct exposure to how a startup runs — operations, events, vendors, AI workflows,

and founder priorities — and grow rapid.

What you'll do

Ground operations and vendor coordination

You'll be the founders' feet on the ground in Mysore — travelling across the city for vendor

visits, purchases, event setups, printing, and follow-ups. You'll speak to and negotiate with

vendors, collect quotations, coordinate logistics and branding material, and chase timely

delivery. You'll keep simple records of bills, vendor contacts, and the status of every open task,

and follow up until things actually close.

Events, workshops, and AI sessions

We run AI sessions, workshops, and founder-led events in Mysore, and you'll help make them

happen end to end — venue readiness, internet, projector and audio/video setup, seating,

registration, banners, and materials.

You'll be on-site during sessions managing devices,

presentations, and attendee coordination, and stepping in on anything technical or

non-technical that comes up. You'll visit venues and vendor locations ahead of time to make

sure everything is ready.

Light tech and AI tools

You'll maintain trackers, checklists, and simple dashboards in Google Sheets / Excel, and

prepare clean reports and daily updates. You'll use AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, and similar —

for research, drafting, documentation, content, and everyday productivity, and help the

founders explore and adopt new tools and simple automations (Google Forms, Notion, and

no-code workflow tools). You'll also handle basic office IT: laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, projectors,

Zoom/Google Meet, and Google Workspace / MS Office setup, troubleshooting the small stuff

and calling in vendors when needed.

Founder's office support

You'll help the founders prepare for meetings, demos, and client discussions, assist with

research, document formatting, and presentation prep, and track the follow-ups and action

items they hand you. You'll coordinate across internal team members and external vendors to

keep things moving.

Who you are

You're a fresher or early-career graduate who is hands-on and execution-oriented — someone

who doesn't hesitate to pick up a practical task, whether it's setting up a projector, calling a

vendor, building a tracker, or running around the city to get something done. You're

comfortable with local travel and on-ground coordination,

and you respond fast and

communicate clearly, especially on WhatsApp and email. You're organised, punctual, and

reliable, and you follow through without needing to be chased. You're technically curious and

pick up new tools quickly, and you're genuinely interested in AI, automation, startups, and how

a founder's office runs.

Requirements

● Any graduate or diploma holder — BCA, B.Sc (CS), Diploma in CS/IT, BE/B.Tech, or any

degree with strong general and computer skills.

● Good working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel and Google Workspace / MS

Office.

● Comfort with, and curiosity about, AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and everyday

digital/productivity tools.

● Strong communication in English and Kannada — you'll be speaking to vendors,

teams, and event attendees.

● Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence, and be willing to travel locally

across Mysore regularly.

● Basic comfort with office devices — laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, projectors — and a

problem-solving attitude towards small technical issues.

● Organised, dependable, responsive, and comfortable doing both desk work and

on-ground coordination.

Good to have

Any of the following will help you stand out: hands-on experience with Notion, Google Forms,

Airtable, Canva, or no-code/low-code automation tools; exposure to event or college-fest

coordination, technical clubs, or volunteering; basic understanding of networking, hardware, or

troubleshooting; and a real interest in startups, AI, and business operations.

Why join

You'll work directly with the founders in a fast-moving environment, get wide exposure across

operations, events, AI tools, and business execution, and build a versatile skill set that opens

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
