Location: Malad, Mumbai
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage the front desk and ensure a seamless visitor experience.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and appointments.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain visitor records and support administrative tasks.
We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- A customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, hospitality, or customer service roles is preferred.
