Job Description – Nursing Faculty (B.Sc. / M.Sc. Nursing)
Position: Nursing Faculty
Department: Nursing
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing
Experience: 1–2+ years
Key Responsibilities:

- Support academic and practical training of nursing students as per curriculum.
- Assist in conducting demonstrations and skill-based learning sessions.
- Supervise students during clinical/hospital training.
- Help in preparing study materials, assignments, and internal assessments.
- Maintain student records and assist in evaluation processes.
- Guide and mentor students for academic improvement.
- Follow institutional policies and nursing education standards.
- Participate in academic and institutional activities.

Skills Required:





- Basic knowledge of nursing subjects and clinical practices.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in teaching and clinical training.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, documentation).

Additional Requirements:

- Registered with State Nursing Council.
- Knowledge of INC norms preferred.
- Positive attitude and discipline.

Preferred Profile:

- Candidates with internship/clinical exposure will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
