Job description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage web development and Digital marketing projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, designers, developers, digital campaigns, while ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and oversee web development projects (websites, web apps, e-commerce platforms).
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid ads).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, content writers, SEO specialists, PPC teams).
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews).
- Track progress using project management tools and provide regular updates.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure quality control for both development deliverables and marketing outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in project management in web development or digital marketing.




- Robust understanding of:
- Website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS like WordPress)
- Digital marketing channels (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing)

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
- Excellent communication, client handling, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications in Agile/Scrum, PMP, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience working with international clients.
