What You’ll Do

- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Engineers.
- Drive architecture and technical decisions across our MERN platform.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Write production-quality code when needed.
- Review pull requests and maintain high engineering standards.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, and Leadership to turn business ideas into technical solutions.
- Improve engineering processes, documentation, and development workflows. Plan sprint deliverables and remove technical roadblocks.
- Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent. Ensure projects are delivered on time without sacrificing quality.
- Take ownership of technical outcomes rather than simply managing people. Required Experience
- 6+ years of Full Stack Software Engineering experience.
- 2+ years leading engineering teams.
- Strong experience with the MERN Stack o MongoDB o Express.js o React.js o Node.js Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
- Experience designing scalable systems.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.




- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Nice to Have TypeScript Next.js PostgreSQL Redis Microservices architecture Docker & Kubernetes Event-driven architecture Message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) AI API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, etc.) Workflow automation tools (n8n or similar) What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who: Naturally takes ownership without being asked. Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
