About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented, and fashion-conscious Sales Advisor to join our team at our women’s retail store in Vastrapur. As the face of our brand, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, helping customers find the perfect styles, and driving store sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their style preferences, and provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Sales Drive: Actively work toward meeting and exceeding daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Store Merchandising: Maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring mannequins, racks, and displays are neatly organized and beautifully presented.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves, tracking inventory, and ensuring all merchandise is correctly tagged and priced.
- Billing & Operations: Handle cash/digital billing counters accurately when required and manage the trial room area efficiently.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (experience in women’s apparel, footwear, or accessories is a strong plus). Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable working from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and have mandatory weekend availability, as weekends are our peak shopping days.
- Language: Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi is required; basic conversational English is an advantage.
- Traits: Energetic, punctual, and a strong team player with a polite demeanor.
