Key Responsibilities

- Engage directly with customers through discovery calls to understand their business goals, challenges, and functional requirements.

- Document scope, requirements, and use cases clearly and comprehensively using appropriate tools and templates.

- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to communicate requirements and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

- Review development outputs at key milestones to validate that deliverables are aligned with the agreed scope and client expectations.

- Provide structured, actionable feedback to engineering teams based on review findings and client input.

- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations to customers, clearly articulating value and addressing questions or concerns.

- Manage client communication and expectations across the engagement lifecycle.

- Identify gaps, risks, or scope changes and escalate appropriately with recommended solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience





- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, or similar client-facing technology role.

- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and client stakeholders.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing software or technology solutions in a consulting or SaaS environment.

Skills

- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.

- Strong SaaS implementation skills & experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations and present complex solutions clearly.

- Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Jira, Notion, or similar platforms for documentation and project tracking.

- Proficiency in using AI tools like Claude, GPTs etc.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience with enterprise software integrations or API-based solutions.

- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

- Background in financial services, banking, or fintech is a plus.
