e are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and online engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, social media management, content strategy, and digital campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and oversee content planning and publishing.
- Monitor and improve website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular analytics reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve online visibility and search rankings.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Robust understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in managing digital campaigns for retail, interiors, construction, home improvement, or related industries.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
