Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Department: Patient Relations / Front Office
Location: SMV Super Speciality Hospital, Puducherry
Reports To: Patient Relations Manager / Admin Head

Job Summary:
The Telecalling Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to patient appointments, inquiries, follow-ups, and hospital services, ensuring a smooth and pleasant communication experience for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls regarding appointments, doctor consultations, and hospital services
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and health check-up promotions
- Provide accurate information about doctors, departments, treatments, and hospital facilities
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain call records, patient data, and follow-up logs in the system
- Address patient queries and complaints, escalating to the concerned department when necessary
- Coordinate with front office and clinical staff for smooth patient flow




- Achieve daily/monthly call targets as set by the department
- Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone during all interactions
- Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy at all times

Qualifications:

- Any Degree / Diploma (preferred: healthcare, hospitality, or communication background)

Experience:

- Freshers welcome; 0–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service preferred

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal communication skills (Tamil, English; Hindi is a plus)
- Pleasant and confident phone etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/data entry)
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
- Patience and empathy while dealing with patients

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
