- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare accurate BOQs.
- Prepare and verify RIB bills and other project billing documentation.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost comparisons, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
- Ensure compliance with KIFB standards and tender requirements.
- Support project execution teams by providing cost-related information.
- Maintain estimation records and update cost databases.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Estimation Engineer.
- Experience in KIFB projects is mandatory.
- Experience in RIB bill preparation is mandatory.
