- Welcome and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate patient appointments, registrations, admissions, and discharges.
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, and treatment processes.
- Provide patients with accurate information regarding appointments, reports, and hospital policies.
- Handle patient concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when required.
- Monitor patient waiting times and coordinate to minimize delays.
- Contribute to achieving high patient satisfaction and service excellence.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
