Develop and implement brand plans and marketing strategies in alignment with the hospital's corporate policies and business objectives.

* Manage all hospital promotional and publishing materials, including information booklets, brochures, leaflets, handbills, and other marketing collateral. Ensure high-quality content, creative design, proofreading, and timely publication.

* Plan and coordinate marketing activities according to the approved strategic marketing plan.

* Execute marketing initiatives such as CME programs, workshops, health camps, patient education programs, lifestyle management programs, and other promotional events.

* Conduct market research to identify trends, evaluate marketing performance, and recommend improvements.

* Identify and explore new geographical markets and business opportunities to increase patient acquisition and hospital outreach.

* Evaluate the feasibility of current services and business development opportunities.





* Conduct regular field visits to build relationships with referral partners and strengthen the hospital's market presence.

* Prepare and submit detailed monthly activity reports to the management.

* Submit concise weekly progress reports highlighting completed activities, pending tasks, and upcoming action plans.

* Plan and execute referral marketing activities and develop engagement programs for referral doctors, hospitals, and business partners.

* Provide daily updates to the Director through photographs, videos, and reports of completed activities.

* Prepare End-of-Day (EOD) reports covering work completed, pending tasks, and plans for the next day and following week and submit to director.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Hospital Marketing: 4 years (Required)
