Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Follow up with prospective leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule site visits, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records with accuracy.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to enhance customer engagement and support business growth.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
