Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant information
- Maintain daily call records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team for conversions
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills
- Customer handling and convincing ability
- Confident, polite, and result-oriented approach
- Basic understanding of calling and lead management
