Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Digital Marketing Manager position. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies and enhancing brand presence across digital platforms, specifically on platforms outside Meta. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns that generate leads, increase engagement, website traffic, and conversions.



The specialist will also play a key role in driving creative and data-driven marketing initiatives to promote Dole’s Music’s offerings.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager — not just boosting posts.
- Working knowledge of additional channels beyond Meta, like Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp Business API.
- Good understanding of SEO best practices: on-page optimisation, keyword research, and content discoverability.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with CPL, CAC, and ROAS as primary success metrics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and basic CRM platforms.
