Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Customer Support

Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai

Work Arrangement: onsite

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service / Invoicing

Processing sales orders,
Attend to customer orders, enquiries and complaints.
Sending Payment reminders and following up for payments.
Informing dispatch details of the order and keep a track of delivery
Co-ordinating with customers for fresh orders & sales support follow up.
Preparing Proforma Invoice
Gathering appropriate information from customers to create Customer master
Collecting documents like Certificate of Analysis / MSDS
Working in co-ordination with the Sales Team, Warehouse and Logistics Manager, Assisting Business Manager

Key skills

Customer Service , Invoicing , procurement , Purchase, & Material planning

Skills
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3-5 years of similar working experiences / worked in chemical distribution industry
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Possess strong MS Office skills.
Knowledge of JD Edward’s or Oracle application software is must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
