- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out and modular furniture installation at project sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, factory production, vendors, and installation teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan daily site activities and allocate work to installation teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Inspect materials received at the site and report any shortages or damages.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with the design and production teams for quick solutions.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure a smooth handover of completed projects.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience supervising interior fit-out or modular furniture projects.
- Knowledge of modular furniture installation and site execution.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and production drawings.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within and around Coimbatore.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of site measurements, quality control, and project scheduling.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with factory, design, and execution teams.
