Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction work at site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and client requirements.
- Manage labour, contractors, supervisors, and site manpower.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to the project manager.
- Coordinate with client, consultant, contractor, and internal team.
- Prepare material requirement and follow up for timely availability.
- Maintain site records, measurement books, DPR, work progress, and inspection reports.
- Support billing, quantity measurement, and contractor bill verification.
- Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and proper use of PPE.
- Monitor work progress and ensure completion within timeline.
- Resolve site issues and report technical problems to senior management.
- Check shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, excavation, pipeline, RCC, road, drain, and finishing works.




- Ensure proper curing, level checking, alignment, and layout marking at site.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of civil construction methods
- Drawing reading and site execution knowledge
- AutoCAD basic knowledge preferred
- Quantity calculation and measurement skills
- Labour and contractor handling
- Quality and safety awareness
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- Building construction
- Industrial construction
- Water treatment plant / STP / WTP
- Pipeline / ESR / OHT work

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
