Accounts & Sales

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Busy/AlignBooks.
- Prepare Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment and Journal entries.
- Generate invoices, e-way bills and other accounting documents.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and payment records.
- Maintain proper records and filing of accounts documents.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide product information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
- Visit customers for sales meetings, payment collection and business development whenever required.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets. General Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales and Dispatch departments.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Tally, Busy, AlignBooks or any accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.




- Ability to manage both office work and field visits.
- Honest, punctual and self-motivated.
- Prepare daily work reports and MIS as required.
- Perform other office tasks assigned by the management.

Qualification

- B.Com, BBA or any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts and Sales preferred.Freshers with valuable accounting knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.

Preferred Candidate

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel locally for customer visits whenever required.
