Qualification : B.tech/ Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Preferred)

Experience : 0-3 Year

Job Description –

- Handling of motor claims within the region (includes processing of motor OD claims files)
- Interacting with customers, investigators, surveyors, garage, marketing team and provides solutions in consultation
- To maintain TAT of all the claims and other parameters as per the guidelines
- Conducting of ageing analysis of OS claims as per the guidelines
- Preparing various MIS
- Completion of open and closed file audits
- Submitting monthly and other periodical reports to and as per requested by Team Leader

Skills required:

- Good English communication skill (Oral as well as Written)
- Should possess good Data Management Skills.
- Should possess good Computer knowledge (MS Excel).
- Valuable reasoning and logical skills.
- Pleasing personality, self driven.

Salary Range – As per the Industry Norms.
