Job Summary

The Electrician is responsible for electrical installation, wiring, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting at commercial project sites. The role requires executing work safely, efficiently, and as per approved electrical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Install conduits, cable trays, wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, DBs, MCBs, RCCBs, and MCCBs.
- Read and execute work according to electrical drawings and SLDs.
- Perform cable pulling, termination, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure quality workmanship and minimize rework.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
- Handle company tools and materials responsibly to reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with the Site Supervisor, Site Engineer, and other trades.
- Submit daily work progress and report any site issues or material shortages.

Requirements





- ITI Electrician/Wireman or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in commercial electrical projects.
- Knowledge of electrical installations, cable termination, testing, and drawing/SLD interpretation.
- Good teamwork, discipline, communication, and safety awareness.

- Quality and timely completion of work.
- Compliance with safety standards.
- Minimum material wastage.
- Proper use of tools and equipment.
- Punctuality, discipline, and teamwork.

Performance Goal: Deliver safe, high-quality electrical installations on time while following approved drawings and SLDs, maintaining safety standards, minimizing wastage, and contributing to successful project execution.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
