Position: Production Supervisor

Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Preferred Industry: Offset Printing & Packaging or Manufacturing Industry
Qualification: Diploma or BE/B.Tech In Mechanical Engineering
Salary: Rs. 40000 to Rs. 50000 Per Month

Job Description:

- Lead and manage a team of 10–12 executives and 60–70 workers.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with high quality and efficiency.
- Oversee production planning, inventory, and plant operations.
- Monitor production costs and improve productivity.
- Manage production shifts and workforce allocation.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and coordinate machine breakdowns.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and discipline across the plant.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and support external audits.
- Monitor machine performance and optimize workstation productivity.
