Qualification: CA
Experience: 15 years and above
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the company’s overall financial strategy and planning
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial risks
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions
- Supervise accounting, finance, and audit teams
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
