Role description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI-Driven DevSecOps Engineer to design and implement intelligent, automated security systems across the software development lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of DevSecOps, cloud engineering, and AI automation, focusing on building AI-powered agents that enhance security posture, reduce risk, and accelerate secure software delivery.
You will leverage LLM frameworks, cloud-native technologies, and DevSecOps practices to build scalable, secure, and intelligent automation systems integrated directly into CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Required Certifications (Mandatory)
Candidates must hold the following Azure certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
Key Responsibilities
AI + Automation (Core Focus)
- Design and develop AI-driven security agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen
- Build intelligent automation for vulnerability triage, incident response, and compliance reporting
- Integrate AI agents into CI/CD pipelines to automate security decision-making and enforcement
Engineering & Development
- Build and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI
- Develop automation services in Python for security workflows and cloud operations
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
DevSecOps & Security
- Integrate security testing (SAST, DAST, dependency, and container scanning) into CI/CD pipelines
- Work with tools like Snyk, OWASP ZAP, and similar vulnerability scanners
- Manage secrets, IAM, authentication, and authorization securely
- Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews
- Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR
Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Design, deploy, and secure cloud infrastructure (primarily Azure)
using cloud APIs
- Collaborate with Git-based platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps) for secure SDLC automation
- Monitor and improve infrastructure security posture across environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Python (must-have)
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI
- Experience with LLM/AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen
- Strong DevSecOps expertise across CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with SAST/DAST tools and vulnerability management workflows
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and APIs
- Strong experience with Terraform
- Experience with Git-based DevOps workflows
- Strong understanding of IAM, secrets management, and secure system design
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container security
- Strong understanding of networking and system security principles
Skills
- Experience building production-grade AI agents or automation systems
- Familiarity with SIEM, logging, and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Knowledge of zero trust architecture
- Experience with cloud security and threat modeling
- Additional security certifications (CISSP, CEH, CISM, AWS Security Specialty)
- Experience with Kubernetes security tools (OPA, Kyverno, Falco)
- Secrets management tools (HashiCorp Vault, cloud-native secrets systems)
- Azure AI App & Agent Developer (AI-103)
