Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements, if required.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor budgets and expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
