The intern will design and conduct surveys, collect voluntary feedback, analyse responses, and prepare structured insights that can help improve the clarity, relevance, and user experience of relationship-assessment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop survey questions to understand public perceptions of relationship assessments.
- Identify suitable survey participants through ethical and lawful outreach methods.
- Collect voluntary and informed responses through online surveys.
- Understand what users find helpful, unclear, relevant, or concerning.
- Explore whether people would consider using such an assessment and what factors influence their decision.
- Analyse survey responses and identify common themes and patterns.
- Prepare weekly research summaries and a final findings report.
- Suggest improvements based on research findings.
- Maintain confidentiality and avoid collecting unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Sociology, Social Sciences, Marketing Research, Education, or a related field.
- Good communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to create unbiased and clearly worded survey questions.
- Comfortable using Google Forms, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.
- Able to present findings objectively without influencing participants’ responses.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of survey research and research ethics.
- Experience conducting surveys, interviews, or user research.
- Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Robust written English and attention to detail.
Research Ethics and Confidentiality
Participation in all surveys must be voluntary. Interns must clearly explain the research purpose, obtain consent, and avoid collecting intimate, medical, financial, or personally identifiable information unless specifically authorised and legally necessary.
The research is intended to understand general user perceptions. It does not involve psychological diagnosis, therapy, counselling, matchmaking, or evaluating an individual’s relationship.
