This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultants based in Vadodara.

The Tour Consultant will be responsible for creating and managing tours itineraries, providing expert travel consulting, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include advising clients on travel destinations, creating bespoke travel itineraries, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

● Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

● Research and present flight options based on budget, schedule, and destination.

● Book and confirm flight reservations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline

policies.

● Provide information on travel documents, such as visas and passports.

● Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and unforeseen travel issues.

● Stay updated on airline policies, travel advisories, and industry trends.

● Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.





Skills and Qualifications:

● Proven experience in travel consultancy or a related field.

● Proficiency in travel software (e.g., GDS systems).

● Strong communication and customer service skills.

● Knowledge of domestic and international flight routes.

● Ability to handle emergencies and resolve issues effectively.

● Experience in Tours and Travel Consulting

● Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry

● Excellent organizational and time management skills

● Proficiency in computer skills and travel booking software

● Ability to work effectively in a team environment

● Relevant certificates or degrees in Travel and Tourism, or related fields are a plus

● Ready to work according to UK shift
