We are seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated Mother Teacher to nurture and educate young learners in the primary section. The ideal candidate should create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment while supporting students' academic, emotional, and social development.

- Teach all assigned subjects to the allotted class as per the school curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons.
- Foster a positive, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor students' academic, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Identify academically weak students and provide remedial support and individual attention.
- Encourage valuable manners, discipline, confidence, and overall personality development.
- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' performance and well-being.
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and co-curricular events.




- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school functions.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed./JBT preferred (as per school requirements).
- 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred. Freshers with excellent teaching skills and a passion for working with children may also apply.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
