Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare, deliver, and follow up on sales proposals, quotes, and product presentations to clients.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately log all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Meeting Targets: Work toward and achieve assigned weekly/monthly sales KPIs and targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify recent opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Sense of Humour.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development,



or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Attributes: High motivation, resilience to handle rejection, and a proactive, results-driven attitude.

Typical Work Environment

- Setting: Generally office-based, but may involve travel to meet clients.
- Schedule: Full-time, usually Monday-Friday, though evenings may be required.
- Growth: Offers, opportunities for promotion into Senior Sales or Account Manager roles
