Handling all PAN INDIA queries.

- Taking all inbound calls, making outbound calls as required.
- Helping the team in Data Entry.
- Providing positive customer service, solving all issues regarding our classes.
- Providing customers with the correct schedule with proper details for the specific batches.
- Making outbound calls to leads with the objective of converting inquiries into enrolments.
- Delivering compelling and customized sales pitches based on customer needs.
- Following up with warm leads and lapsed enquiries to maximize conversions.
- Achieving set targets for enrolments and conversions as per weekly/monthly goals.
- Updating CRM systems with lead status, follow-up actions, and call outcomes.
- Sharing regular reports and insights with the management team regarding lead quality,

conversion patterns, and feedback trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
