Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Flipkart & Meesho)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in Flipkart and Meesho marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, order processing, inventory, pricing, promotions, and overall marketplace performance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations for Flipkart and Meesho seller accounts.
- Create, update, and optimise product listings.
- Process and monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Maintain inventory and stock availability across marketplaces.
- Coordinate pricing updates, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Resolve listing issues, account-related queries, and marketplace escalations.
- Monitor account health, seller ratings, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and performance reports.




- Ensure accurate product information, images, and catalogue management.
- Stay updated with Flipkart and Meesho marketplace policies and guidelines.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Flipkart and Meesho Seller Panels.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace operations and catalogue management.
- Positive understanding of inventory management and order processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Flipkart and Meesho marketplace operations.
- Experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
