Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Windows desktop and network support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure and maintain Windows systems.
- Support Webex meetings and resolve related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and peripherals.
- Resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
