Job Summary

Rona Rudra Security and Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Marketing Executive with strong marketing experience to promote our security and facility management services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence through direct field activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote company services including security services, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Organize promotional activities, meetings, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of field activities and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for service delivery and client satisfaction.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in field marketing or sales (preferably in security or facility services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field pressure.
- Valuable knowledge of local market and client networking.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting tools).

- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Strong convincing and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
