Position : Trade Finance Executive
Department : Accounts & Finance

Reporting To : CFO

The Trade Finance Executive shall be responsible for managing and coordinating all trade finance activities related to domestic and international business transactions, ensuring timely processing of export-import documentation, banking transactions, regulatory compliance, and effective working capital management.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Finance Operations

- Handle documentation and processing of Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), Buyers' Credit, and other trade finance instruments.
- Coordinate with banks for issuance, amendments, extensions, and closure of trade finance facilities.
- Monitor utilization and renewal of trade finance limits and banking facilities.
- Export-Import Documentation
- Prepare, verify, and maintain export and import documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and other statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI guidelines, and applicable export-import regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, shipping lines, and customers for smooth execution of shipments.
- Banking & Foreign Exchange Management
- Liaise with banks for foreign remittances, inward and outward payments, and realization of export proceeds.
- Track foreign currency transactions and assist in managing forex exposure and hedging activities.
- Reconcile bank transactions related to trade finance and foreign exchange dealings.
- Compliance & Reporting




- Ensure timely submission of documents to banks and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain records of trade finance transactions and prepare periodic MIS reports.
- Support statutory, internal, and bank audits by providing required documentation and information.
- Monitor compliance with banking covenants and trade finance terms.
- Coordination & Support
- Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Logistics, and Accounts teams for execution of customer and supplier transactions.
- Assist management in optimizing working capital through effective management of receivables, payables, and banking facilities.
- Support finance team in treasury-related activities and cash flow planning.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com.
- Certification or Diploma in Trade Finance, Export-Import Management, International Business, or related field preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Trade Finance, Export-Import Operations, Banking, or Treasury functions.
- Experience in a manufacturing organization will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Export-Import procedures, FEMA, and RBI regulations.
- Familiarity with banking operations and foreign exchange transactions.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and commercial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions within timelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
