We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month internship. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a career in HR and Recruitment while gaining hands-on experience in hiring for IT, Software Development, AI, Digital Marketing, and Technology-related positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assessment calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Post jobs across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring documentation.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate or Final-Year Student.
- Available for a full-time,



work-from-office internship for 6 months.
- Interested in pursuing a career in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
