- Build strategic partnerships with high schools, community organizations, and industry partners to drive student recruitment and promote academic programs.
- Manage recruitment campaigns, advise prospective students on admissions, and represent the institution at educational fairs and career workshops.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain relationships with high school principals, guidance counselors, and local educational bodies.
- Coordinate campus tours, host information sessions, and visit regional schools to attract prospective students.
- Advise students on program offerings, eligibility criteria, admission deadlines, and financial aid opportunities.
- Plan and execute outreach events, college fairs, and career days, both on-campus and virtually.
- Analyze recruitment metrics,



track conversion rates, and prepare outreach reports for the admissions department.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in higher education admissions, student counseling, or educational sales.
- Skills: Robust public speaking, cross-functional communication, and proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing platforms
