- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase mall footfall, customer engagement, and tenant sales.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, festivals, exhibitions, entertainment events, and brand activations.
- Develop and implement annual marketing calendars in alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants to support joint marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, event management companies, media partners, and vendors.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, website updates, email campaigns, and online promotions.
- Oversee mall branding, visual merchandising, signage, and promotional displays to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer footfall, and sales trends, and prepare MIS and ROI reports.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis,



and customer surveys to identify recent marketing opportunities.
- Manage customer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate public relations activities, media coverage, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure smooth execution of events while coordinating with operations, security, housekeeping, and technical teams.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of promotional resources.
- Handle customer feedback related to marketing events and work towards enhancing the overall customer experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
